Hooked on Oregon Radio Show Update – Another Great Lineup This Week!
Hooked on Oregon is back with another packed show full of local voices, outdoor conversation, community updates, and interesting stories from near and far. Join Cam Parry and Mark Mattecheck as they kick things off with a fun show preview before welcoming an exciting lineup of guests.
This week’s show features Marcey Fullerton with the Fur & Feathers segment, along with updates on the OHA banquet and youth day. We’ll also hear from Barbara Hall from Britain, sharing her experience walking Spain’s Camino de Santiago. Mel Campbell, our ravishing roving reporter, stops by with another community update, and Mark Mattecheck will keep listeners in the loop with upcoming North Bend Lanes events.
We’ll also check in with Handsome Josh from Englund Marine, hear the Millstead gardening report from Dana Mills, and welcome Lydia Heins, Executive Director of the Coos Art Museum, to talk about the maritime exhibit “Surge,” opening May 1st. Later in the show, John Beane joins us to talk about local theater, including Steel Magnolias and one-act plays, and marine biologist Annie Pollard shares insight into studying penguins in Antarctica. We’ll wrap things up with updates from Keisha at Chuck’s Seafood and Nick Libner with Chevy Trucks.
Be sure to tune in for a fun, informative, and Oregon-inspired afternoon on Hooked on Oregon!
